Stearman & Friends 2024

Embark on a journey through time at Stearman & Friends 2024, which takes place almost annually at the Bienenfarm airfield. This unique gathering brings together lovingly restored Boeing Stearman biplanes, historic warplanes such as the F-4UF Corsair, the P-51 Mustang, and several perfectly preserved vintage aircraft, as well as a friendly community of aviation enthusiasts, families, and photographers. The Bienenfarm was brought to life by spectacular flight demonstrations – including formation flights, low-level flights, and classic aerobatics, which thrilled the audience and filled camera lenses with unforgettable moments. On the ground, visitors enjoyed a rich supporting program with vintage cars, live music, delicious street food, and a bouncy castle for younger guests. A real highlight for many was the opportunity to fly in one of the historic biplanes and enjoy a unique open-cockpit experience.

Stearman & Friends was once again more than just an air show – in 2024, it was a celebration of aviation history, community, and passion, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Many moments were captured with my video camera and can be found in my video gallery.
