ILA 2012

The ILA Berlin 2012 (at SFX Schönefeld Airport) was not only one of Europe’s leading aerospace trade fairs — it was also my first ILA where I was able to take photos myself. This gallery captures unforgettable moments from that experience: powerful military jets such as the Boeing F/A-18C Hornet, historic aircraft, exciting flight demonstrations by the Turkish Stars aerobatic team, and the unique atmosphere of the exhibition grounds with its static displays such as the P-3 Orion and C-27 Spartan.

For me, ILA 2012 marked the beginning of a deep passion for aviation photography and videography and an enduring fascination with the world of air shows. Looking back, it was the spark that ignited everything else.
