ILA 2016
The ILA Berlin/Brandenburg 2016 offered a great mix of roaring jet engines, helicopters, next-generation aerospace technology, and a lively exhibition environment. This gallery shows just a few of the visual highlights from the air show. In the jet section, for example, the 60-year-old Bundeswehr Eurofighter Typhoon, or the Polish Mig-29A, not to mention the biggest stars of the show, the Airbus A360XWB and the shrill roar of the B-52H Flying Fortress “Buff” flyover. A British AH-64D and the Eurocopter H145M – LUH-SOF provided plenty of excitement in the Helicopter Air Display.
Whether in the air or on the ground, the ILA 2016 near to Berlin offered unforgettable scenes for every aviation enthusiast.
